Indah : I feel disapointed with the service of this hotel
Imha : What happens?
Indah : The employees. they didnt serve me well this morning, when I wanted to have breakfast in my room. I had to wait for 2 hours.
Imha : Really? I some times ordered my meal through the room service too and they never late
Indah : I don't know. they sald that they were very busy so they were late delivering my food
time : maybe they were realy buys this morning
indah : well,I will complan about the bad service to the hotel manager
